Telstra needed a prospectus to distribute to potential vendors of the Retail Leaders Forum, communicating the event's opportunities and partnership benefits. The client required the final document in an editable format for their own future use.

The prospectus needed to work fully within Telstra's existing visual identity while still standing on its own as a compelling, persuasive document for prospective vendors. It also needed to be built with the client's future editing needs in mind, rather than as a single static, one-off piece.
I worked within Telstra's existing brand guidelines to present detailed event information, opportunities, and partnership benefits in an accessible and compelling way. Colour, typography, and carefully selected photography were used with a considered grid layout throughout, ensuring the content communicated the value of the event clearly. The final document was also built in an editable format, allowing Telstra to update and reuse it for future needs.
The result was a polished, informative prospectus that effectively communicated the nature and value of the event, giving Telstra a resource that was both persuasive for prospective vendors and practical for ongoing internal use.
